May we have the cases and / or the microfiber with embossed logo?
We can emboss the microfiber but not all the cases. Embossing should be done on the material before assembling the cases, at least the metal ones. There fore, doing so is more difficult for us because most of the cases are imported. We can order the embossed cases from China, but the delivery times need to be careful planned because, it can take more than forty days for a shipment from China to reach Italy. Furthermore, you need to keep in mind that the chinese factories close for a few weeks in February for their new year hollidays.
At the moment we can embosse only the models dom/52, dom/110 and the genuine leather pouches. For other cases it depends on the logo.
What about the delivery time?
The goods are ready in stock, so the orders, even if customized, are normally dispatched within five working days.
Are the goods you have in stock always enough to deal with the orders?
The goods we have in stock are congruent with our sales, often we receive our merchandise and are well organized to handle the orders.
May we know in advance the weight and volume of our order?
Yes; if you go to the web page of the case you are considering, move the mouse over the writring "more details" there will appear some information including the weight and volume of the carton box.
Of course we are also happy to help you in this matter.
In which way you ship the goods?
By express courrier "Bartolini"; usually more than one carton shipments reach destination within three/four days inside the European Union.
Our brand name is red (yellow, green etc.) may we print the cases (or microfiber) with this colour?
Yes, we can print any colour.
May we have our products printed with two colours?
Yes, we can print many colours in the same time
May we have the sole right to sell a given case?
Yes, some of our cases (or colours, or materials) are not even shown in this web site.
Could we order different cases other than what you show at the web site?
Yes, you can, but if you cannot reach a given quantity that depends on the item or material, it is necessary that we take into consideration if the projected case would be an easy to sell item for us
