What is the minimum order of cases?

If we use the hard cases (our best seller) , as an example, the minimun order is of 12 pieces per color.  This is the quantity that comes in one of the inner boxes. A full carton usually contains ten inner boxes, so 120 pcs.  If your order is custom printed, the minimun order is a complete carton even in assorted colors.

How can we send you our logo?

You may send us your logo by e-mail or fax; you may also send us an old printed microfiber cloth for us to copy the logo directly. If you so desire, we can even help you if you want to modify it.

Printing of cases: inside, outiside or both?

Generally opticians want the cases to be printed inside. We can include their logo and/or address and/or telephone number and /or web site. On the outside only the brand name or even no printing at all.

May we have a two-color printing?

Yes, we can print many colours at the same time, at least on microfiber and the outside of the cases.

How long is the delivery time, on average?

Most products are in stock and sent within five working days, that includes the custom printed cases.

How do you ship the goods?

We ship by express courrier. Goods bound for European Union will be sent via Bartolini Express Courrier.  Usually shipment with more than one carton will reach destination within three or four days.
